Terms of Service

DiscloseWell is a public demonstration of the Trampoline AI redaction workflow. These terms govern your use of that demonstration. They are not the terms that govern the production product.

1. Demonstration only

• The demo exists so prospective customers can evaluate what the production redaction workflow does on a representative document.
• It is offered free of charge, as-is, and with no service-level commitments.
• It may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or taken offline at any time without notice.
• It is not approved for production use, regulatory submissions, or any matter where the consequences of an error matter.

2. Stored demo runs, no backups, final deletion

Uploaded documents, redaction criteria, redaction results, review decisions, and generated outputs are stored in your account so you can review and manage demo runs. When you delete a run or delete your account, we remove the associated application records and files from active storage. We keep no backups of your uploads or the outputs we generate, so deletion is final.

3. Your authority to upload

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process each document you submit. Do not upload anything you are not permitted to share with a cloud-hosted demo or with AI service providers acting as sub-processors. Because this is a demo, prefer non-sensitive or representative test documents over live records.

4. Automated output requires review

Redaction results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete, over-inclusive, or incorrect. You must review every output before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on it. Trampoline AI makes no representation that any output is fit for any particular use, including legal or regulatory disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have permission to process. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user’s session, reverse-engineer the service, or generate load beyond ordinary evaluation use.

6. No warranty

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trampoline AI disclaims all liability arising from your use of the demo, including any decision made or action taken based on its output.

7. Production customers

These demo terms do not apply to paying customers of the Trampoline AI production product. A separate production agreement — including service levels, defined data handling, retention, audit rights, indemnities, and other commitments not present here — is provided to paying customers and governs that relationship.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the demo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
