Privacy Policy

DiscloseWell is a public demonstration of the Trampoline AI redaction workflow. It exists so that prospective customers can see what the production product does on a representative document. It is not a production service, and this policy reflects that.

1. The short version

• Uploaded documents, redaction criteria, redaction results, review decisions, and generated outputs are stored in your account so you can review and manage demo runs.
• When you delete a run or delete your account, the associated application records and files are removed from active storage.
• We keep no backups of the documents you upload or the outputs we generate, so deletion is final.
• This service is for demonstration only. Do not upload anything you would not be comfortable sharing with a vendor under no contractual data-protection commitments.

2. Who we are

The demo is operated by Trampoline AI. Trampoline AI is SOC 2 audited; the systems that host this demo sit inside the same security perimeter as our production environment. The audit report is available via our trust center on request.

3. What we process, and for how long

• Account identifiers (email, sign-in metadata) are handled through our authentication provider, Clerk, so we can recognize you across sessions during the demo. You can delete your account from the account page; doing so removes the associated records.
• Uploaded PDFs, redaction criteria, redaction results, review decisions, and redacted outputs are stored in your account until you delete the run or delete your account.
• Operational logs (request timestamps, error traces, LLM token counts and cost) contain no document content and are retained only as long as needed to keep the demo running.

4. No training, no resale, no sharing

We do not use your documents to train models. We do not sell or share them. AI providers we call (as sub-processors) process content under their own API terms and do not retain it for training in the configurations we use.

5. Deletion

Deletion is immediate and final. When you delete a document or your account, the corresponding database rows and files are removed from the application’s storage. We do not maintain backups from which the data could be restored.

6. Production customers

If you become a paying customer of Trampoline AI, a separate production-grade privacy notice and data processing addendum will govern the handling of your data. Those terms include defined retention periods, audit obligations, breach notification, and other commitments that are not part of this demo.
